Okay heres the deal. I remember when I was around 4 years old (22 now for reference)I used to play a certain video game that revolved around a dog, or possible the dogs owner doing some kind of dectective job inside a house. The only thing I do remember for certain is that you did walk down a staircase into some sort of basement.
Does anyone know what game this is? I cant for the life of me remember. Picture not at all relevant

Sam and Max

No none of those. It was more of a cartonish game, not animated.
It was made for kids, so graphics were none of the devs concern

Tony Tough?

Liam Foster
I think I remember that game. Point and click on PC. I keep thinking "Space Station Silicon Valley" but I know that's a N64 game and not it, but the game revolved around playing as a dog-ish character, looking around a mansion, eventually gathering things to go to space or something like that.... RIGHT? I remember in the beginning of the game you start in a bathroom and have to escape by making a toilet paper rope out of "G.I. Asswipe" bulletproof toilet paper.
Jonathan Allen
what about the guy/detective

Lucas Jones
I'm gunna go for a couple, played on old family pc that mum threw out along with the games. These were all children's games so don't mention anything mature, also they didn't require much processing power and they weren't popular.
First is a game with humanoid animals that had loads of minigames like snakes and ladders and waterskiing. I think there was a cafe In there also (idk).
Finally, this is a massive shot in a dark. There was a red animal pet thing and he was very naughty, that was his character.

>an american bootleg of Legend of Mana coded by a single person in one day >he couldn't figure out how to do spells so he invented some stupid bullshit where you have to just grind and buy 99 of every item to use as consumables, but called it "alchemy" >literally instructed to copy an already successful game and dumb it the fuck down for american audiences >call it the best RPG even when the game it literally is a bootleg of is also in the same system >incorrectly classify this JRPG ripoff a "wrpg" just because it was a westernized bootleg
