It depends on what areas totori can access and what level she is. A level 50 adventurer / alchemist totori with access to the best gathering spots is unbeatable.

Totori is unmatched at fighting natural problems and monsters, but I couldn't see her being great at the art of going to war with another human being. That wouldn't matter as much if Batman were the sort to just mindlessly walk up and rely on his combat prowess, but that's obviously not what Batman would do against an opponent like Totori.
