Will it flop?
Will it flop?
dunno
Is that the flag of Silesia?
Nope
The combat and story honestly look trash, I'll buy it to explore the world because it looks amazing but it'll be a mediocre game imho. There's a reason developers don't focus on mah realism, because it isn't fun. I don't want to have to eat and sleep in a video game, nor have clunky combat. Not sure they couldn't have just settled on Mount and Blade tier combat with better animations.
>Top tier dev blogs videos
>Sup Forums only cares about twtitter drama
If I could just leave this place...
BASED. I'm pre-ordering it right now.
Looks like it
Depends on whether it has the banjo/guitar minigame and most importantly, the butt-fucking scene
please go back to your own board Sup Forums
EU4 has never failed me. Just went and looked this game up I'm buying it (no pirate).
>some dumb social media drama determinates the quality of the game
i wish underages would just leave this place
Who cares about historical propriety. It's a fucking video game. If players want to create self-insert characters that have the same gender or ethnicity, I don't see any harm. Even Koei does this to some degree with its historical simulation series. Some Koei games even let you set up non-historic campaigns so you can explore alternate outcomes.
Dev cares enough to make a vidya with historical propriety.
That's his prerogative, but it's still pointless to make your game appeal to such a niche playerbase. And he'll probably falsely ascribe poor sales to some Internet social justice boogeyman rather than admitting what a massive design blunder this is.
Ok. Now see at some dev blogs. He usually is talking about realism/fun balance and how to tweak things to be enjoyable without break the setting
Its got a console release so it will most likely be shit. the combat looks like console trash so i wont be touching this crap anyway.
>it's still pointless to make your game appeal to such a niche playerbase
White males?
And arabs
You mean autists. I'm a white male and I don't want to play this.
You really can't.
>we live in a world where this is considered racist or conservative.
>where people praise him and call him "base"
This is just fucking common sense.
>It's a 'lets make first-person medieval combat relevant again.' episode
yes.
common sense is too problematic or whatever buzzword is in vogue now
