This. It's the only game I can honestly say that for. I loved Crystal Chronicles, and a version with better multiplayer would be perfect.
I would almost say it was a missed opportunity that it wasn't on Wii U for the Gamepad use when online, but it's almost better that it can be on a more popular platform despite the lost functionality.

I'm not really sure if that's a good idea. If they did a 1:1 conversion of the Gen 1 games from 2D to 3D, it'd be really dull. The reason we think Gen 1's fine the way it is is because of the limitations of the Gameboy. If we scale that up to a 3D console game, you're basically gonna be forced to confront the fact that your home "town" is literally four buildings, one of which doesn't even have a door.
