I played about 8 games and in every SINGLE ONE I was with AT LEAST 2 other people, usually more than that. Yeah you can choose where to go, but when there's 100 fucking people on a map that's small as shit, what does it matter?

Theres a reason you see about 50 people dying right at the start, youre one of those people, all these people are thinking "ill get the gun first if I land first and that means Ill be able to kill everyone" and that is not how it works out, one person is getting that gun and you have to weight your odds against the other 50 people standing around it thinking the same thing. Just take your time. There are lots of little houses and shacks that arent marked on the map, if you land in the middle of nowhere you can find a weapon fairly easily, the best stuff is in the centres, but its not the only place to get things
