Let's see. Halibut, sheep's cheese, tomato.
Divinity Original Sin 2
Swen and the team have earned it.
If you help the dog in the cage and succeed 2 persuade checks with him you get easy 1400xp from it.
I only needed 1 check [Finesse].
>Dallis appears after the godswoken fight and destroys the Wellspring
Did I take too long getting there or does that happen regardless?
Is there anyway to grind out xp or no?
Can I romance lizard ladies as a human?
Happens regardless.
Also post gods
Yes. In Driftwood you can even pay for it.
...
Why does your Red Prince have that weird portrait?
I changed his appearance with the mirror. Made him look less derpy to look at in game but his portrait became oddball.
Speaking of portraits, there's currently an artifacting problem whenever you use the mirror.
You mean Sebille isn't getting affected by constantly being set to decomposing?
YE EAT ANY OF YER OWN FESH?
Turn off dynamic lighting while you change your face, then turn it back on.
I didn't change my face though.
Still waiting on the inevitable PS4 version.
So, what is this for? Or is it just a little in-joke like the fish exchange scroll?
Last time they made a console version, they lost money. The game was too hard for console user despite making it so much easier.
i hope you fellas are havin a boopin good time!
Where is this in the game ?
Sway with me we'll make them scream
Dance with me we'll make them bleed
Sing for me I'll sing along
Sing for me, oh sing for me!
>Get to Lucian
>Asks me to give up my source
>Tell him he can have it over my dead body
>Chat window closes, nobody moves
>They're all still yellow
What do I do now? I ended up throwing a barrel of deathfog at Lucian But he just keeps making 50k damage and falling over.
...
a blank skillbook, use with a high end witchcraft scroll and you turn the scroll into a book
Below the mansion of the guy with the hueg spider on the second floor of his house at the beginning of act 2
>mfw failed check and had to kill him
yeah, that happened to me too. I attacked dallis until her hp went low enough, then the battle progressed.
really shitty bug desu
never ever
lol
I'll try that, thanks.
I'm stuck at the driftwood arena fight. I got one geomancer/polymorph/warfare tanky guy, one necromancer/scoundrel damage dealer (i presume, not my character), one pyromancer/huntsman damage dealer and one support dude of which I'm not sure what schools he knows, since it's my friend's character. We're playing tactician and this is the first fight that seems impossible for us. Any ideas?
it'll happen, but probably by Xmas next year at latest
>HEAR YE, HEAR YE!
...
End fight is bugged to hell, it can go completely bonkers at any point.
>Braccus Rex attacks the Kraken since he had enough of his sorry ass spewing him with corrupted water
>Sallow man and Lucian buffing each other before slapfighting
>Tarquin joining the fight
>Braccus Rex monologue ends with him healing himself to death thanks to decaying status, cutscene not playing when everyone else is dead
And the worst offender
>If you are dead by the end of the fight, you will spawn dead on the ship for the epilogue, resulting in an instant game over since syour party is disbanded
At least it gives the option for some neat screenshots.
>Witchcraft scroll
This is still OS2 we're talking about. No such thing.
k, cool.
just b patience bro
Did you accept the challenge?
Uhh... somewhat LEWD.
I'm kind of disappointed there weren't more in depth details. Not like explicit details but enough to signify you're laying with a non-human type being. I mean Sebille's directly references her blowing you.
>Homoerotic lizard fuck scene
I'm kinda thankful they didn't make it more explicit. Lohses voice actor moaning was already borderline for me.
It sucks to play it on a controller though, I tried.
I could have sworn there are one time use witchcraft scrolls in this game
Only one I ever found that may have been one was the fish exchange spell, which was hilarious to use.
NO ONE HAS AS MANY FRIENDS AS THE MAN WITH MANY CHEESES
So I'm new to CRPGs; should I get this or BG2?
Is there any use to her? I was seriously confused.
You want the double lizard dong?
TOE OF SNAKE, WING OF WORM
I'm save scumming to see every dialogue, really disappointed in how boring they all turn out to be. Highly considering to go the moral route and tell him to stay true to Sadha.
Does romance with the person you choose ever happen again? Or was this a one time never mention it again thing?
if you want real time with pause, BG2 non-enhanced edition with all the mods
if you want turn-based, DIVOS2 or Shadowrun Dragonfall
Is there something specific I have to do to go to the hall of echoes version of the lady vengeance when I get to Arx? Or is it bugged? I'm reading that I should be able to go there via waypoint but I have no option to do so.
How do i help the two Dwarves stuck in Mordus' basement?
Sells rings after you pass a speech check.
Managed to finally trigger it. This is some real bullshit, I specifically Ate Kemm's source so he couldn't come back, same with Isbiel wtf are they suddenly doing back here fucksake.
You don't really get much me time once you land in Arx, so it's referenced and you can even talk about it (and be a dick about it) but repeating will have to wait until after you bazingle your way out of the brutal gangbang waiting for you.
Yeah I wasn't expecting it to come up again so soon, more like end end or post game or something.
I legit don't know if I want to tell the Prince to stay true to Sadha or steal his lizard dick for myself.
Wait for the outro. Source King can respawn and torutre the husks of anyone banished to the void, his domain, forever.
How is OS2 compared to 1?
There's gonna be an enhanced edition because they clearly fucked up Act 3 out the door.
How so?
> Lohse is dead in my game
> Sebelle is dead in my game
> Entire party is a sausage fest
> Ain't gay so no way I'm fucking Red Prince, Ifan, or Fane
Well, I don't suppose there's hookers I can fuck are there?
DOS1 EE is a more complete experience in comparison. DOS2 is Divine Divinity all over again with the buggy final act.
>Glorious lizard masterrace ruling over their expanding empire with the help of fucken dragons
or
>Short term romance
You choose.
Driftwood, second floor. Gotta pay up first downstairs, but you can steal back your dosh.
There is a lever on one of the pillars. You probably need some wit to see it.
Some people become very upset when they see asterisks, and for them this game is impossible to to play since every dialogue option is enclosed in asterisks.
There is an option to respec your character for free and this is a deal breaker for some others who can't stop themselves from cheating using it.
In all other aspects, greatly superior.
>Last time they made a console version, they lost money
[citation needed]
>RTwP vs turn based
Sorry stupid question, but which is better?
Yea, without blindfolds this fight would be easy as fuck
It took me a few reloads, but I moved my whole party forward-left, behind the caged wall, keeping them all close together. Forces most of the enemy team to come up close within my blind range. For every enemy that doesn't come right up to my party, the Bone Widow takes care of.
its a personal preference thing, I like turnbased as it lets you control everything, while RTwP feels like im just giving out commands.
Hey guys, serious question before I get the game. Does it shove an agenda down your throat? I love crpgs but could only get halfway through Tyranny because of the preachy and genuinely awful writing and "one faction is objectively right" system.
>first game isn't on sale
RTwP is like Final Fantasy 6/7/8/9's ATB system, except there's actual pausing
it's inferior to Star Ocean 2 pause mechanics though
turn based is like Persona/SMT series
it comes down to which isn't a clusterfuck to play
nothing from what I've seen so far. I'm only like 8 hours in though.
No agenda, this game is not clear cut black and white good vs evil.
the enhanced edition's GOG version is on sale for free on qbittorrent's search engine
wait for christmas sales if you really want to fork your monies out to larian
Stay back then. To your right you will force the enemy characters to commit to two easily controlled tight areas to get to you and they cannot use the two towers they will rush early on. Blocking off one of the paths with environmental hazards can be even more profitable if you manage to do so/have invested in telekinesis.
You can banish NPC ghosts to oblivion by sucking their souls for power.
All factions are pretty much "right" in their own rights. Noone comes at you without a well crafted reason, and yes, some of those reasons are used to justify genocide, which at the end of the game you may well even understand and support without it being lolI'mebilkekeke.
One of the factions is a bit on the edgy side though, but again, not without a reason and they managed to stay away from the sharpest edges quite well.
>They halfed the amount of enemies in Dragon age Origins for the console versions and even made combat more arcadey and console plebs found it too hard.
do you have documentation to prove that about DA:O? I didn't know that.
I don't but theres probably a video somewhere comparing them.
They made the game easier for the console versions. The earliest difference is the Ostagar part. You fight a LOT less of the bigger darkspawn enemies on the console version.
IIRC Console Normal is PC Easy and so on, along with enemy number changes.
So does anyone have any evidence the console versions of DOS EE bombed? I know it did bomb in Japan.
Is having a party of 3/4 summoners the only method of easymode?
The story non existing only choices and real choices matter. You can play evil, good, the beyond.
>Finally beat kraken braccus dragon bullshit boss after 2 fucking hours
>Go for F12 screenshot
>Hit F9 quick load back to before the start
It's 1 AM and I have work in the morning. Time to sleep.
>tfw find a shitty necklace with shitty stats
>it has three sockets
>jam some fire runes in there
>go from practically no crit chance to ~70%
>not a single point in scoundrel
good god you all need to pick one up asap, and get that spell crit perk if you need it
this shit is bananas
for now, yes
larian team is currently on month long vacation after releasing the previous patches
depends
personally
turn based tactical (divOS2) > rtwp (poe) > regular turn based (classic fallouts)
Any combination of Polymorph, Necromancer, Warfare and Summoner will wipe the floor.
what the shit? the arena was one of the easiest fights around
He took the blindfolded challenge
Yes, and? That's the fight.
Is two lone wolf scoundrel/poly/necro viable?
I have one right now and a 2h/war/necro, but I just don't see the point in him when the scoundrel does everything he does faster&better.
Dunno how buff you are, but considering I had my difficulties dealing with that fight in classic mode I feel the dude for suffering in tactician mode. Then again, a lot of people are claiming classic to be easy while I am buying revive scrolls like candy.
>doing quest to save elf in a cage
>someone informs me that the thief could be human or lizard then does a tongue slither suggestion
>find a sleeping lizard
>kill him
>quest info pops up
>I killed the dreamer
>but got the stolen goods
God damn it. I hate this because I won't reload it. I told myself on the first play through I'm going to deal with my choices.
What do you think of BG2 as a whole compared to OS2?
the story is shit but it's not shit for the same reason tyranny's is
most of your choices in this game don't actually matter
I have never seen a shield with block chance, how does blocking work in this game? Full resist, half damage?
the choices and the following consequences are more scenario situational rather than affecting the entire main story i.e. griff and his mom
