so i just picked up a Logitech Attack 3 from local salvation army for 7 bucks, seems to work great, tested it out in Steam Big Picture.

This is my first flight stick, and im wondering what should i do with it, what kinda games should i play, and what hand should i use it with; movement hand or camera hand?

it looks like a horse dildo

>What kinda games should I play with a flight stick
>with a flight stick
>flight stick
>flight

Gee user I dunno. Maybe a first person shooter!

im not too big on flight sims, so im looking for more unconventional ways i can use it, excluding dildo-ing

thats what i was thinking, i thought maybe doom would be a good one to try it out with

get two of em, then maybe you can come close to matching the functionality of an Xbox controller

Elite dangerous

This

You need 2 flight sticks to truly enjoy flight games

just emulate star fox or something.

i don't know if playing games in a barn on a monitor that old = comfy my man

hey thats funny i actually just set my new flight stick on my table next to the razer tartarus that i also own, i was looking most forward to using them and my 12 side-button gaming mouse in conjunction

was also wondering, does anyone use footpedals for games? like aside from racing games.

Eyyyy i got that stick, it's served me great for years. Get a throttle to truly enjoy it.

Aces High is on steam now you should check it out.

i dont know, i could see that being kinda comfy. especially if this a computer dedicated to the use of flightsticks which it kinda looks set up to be. i would want a newer monitor, but could see the immersive merits of using a CRT

I live in that shed thanks

>shitskin
i see, you like having the goats close.

How about triple 4k?

Don't mexicans fuck donkeys?

Pic related is pretty fun for a little while, and its free

Check out DCS World, IL-2 BoS and Falcon BMS if you want to get into flight simulators

And /simg/ on /vg/ for related discussion on that

kerbal space program

saitek pro yoke, pedals, and throttles

>no hotas
at least get another one, you fucking faggot

Some flight simmers use foot pedals, but not the kinds you would see being used in racing games, they're for rudder control kind of stuff.

Play something fun like IL2 or DCS. None of this gay space trucker shit like Elite Dangerous.

which flight sims work well with VR?

You joke about that now, kid, but before WASD and mouselook became the PC standard people would actually play DOOM, Quake, and all sorts of FPS games using a joystick. Shit man I remember way back in the day my friend using two Gravis joysticks for Descent, blew my god damn mind that that was even possible.
