>+3% damage while below 10% HP
+3% damage while below 10% HP
>getting a bonus while in red HP
thats a cool mechanic though
>bonus crit chance when under 30% HP
>on an ability based warrior
definitely not worth staying on 10% hp for only 3% boost.
Now if it were 50-100%+ damage then yeah it's a nice mechanic.
>bonus defense when HP is low
>Defender: +1 DEF when in critical HP
>+6% income (local province)
Not bad for D&D mechanics style game
It's to potentially save you in a pinch.
>Edward from Radiant Dawn
>+50% Crit under 30%
>Give RESOLVE for 1.5x Speed and Skill when under 50%
>Adept which increases with Speed
>80%+ Crit and Dodge of 180+ and auto-hit 4x
He was so OP that everyone died, the end.
>Scavenger: find more junk items in loot containers
>poison of -5% resistance to poison
>put on the ''increase defense while low HP'' ring in Dark Souls
>each enemy attack takes away 80% of your HP
>some enemies and most bosses have instakill attack
Yea. In a pinch.
>+10% damage
>-15 health per turn
>increases hp and mp regenerattion outside of combat
Why was spirit such a shitty useless stat in WoW? Who the fuck cares how much hp and mana you regain when food and drinks are cheap as fuck?
>infinite ammo when over 66% armor
>dark souls is every video game ever
>13+ physical attack when afflicted by poison, paralysis and blind at the same time
>+5% movement speed when travelling through desert areas
>Chance on Hit: Fatally wound the target for 5% of their health over 12 seconds
>+80% to absorb damage at low HP and 50% damage reduction
>27,9% physical damage
>-9 HP per second
>permanent bonus attack speed when you reach you lose it on death and have to regain it again
>3% increase mount speed
>+DEF while at full health
Wearing the extra defense on low hp ring in DaS2 is a good way to avoid being killed by throwing knife shittery
>100% resistance to Light attacks when blinded
Dirty treebugger: 20% increased damage against trents on fire while not being sleeping in taverns for ten days minimum
>you still die in one hit
>affects many different things ;)
>subtly influences events :]
>benefits you in mysterious ways =>
>+1% HP regeneration for 2 seconds when HP is
Yea, all other games aren't even worth mentioning.
>use item that is flavour/minor convenience
>turns out its the best item in the game
>50% increase in critical hit rate for 5 minutes after taking enough damage
>[insert stat here]: ???
>check manual
>it also says ???
The blue tearstone ring is god tier for defense though, because any damage past the threshold where it activates is calculated beyond that based on the ring's defense.
So if you take 100 damage, and that would put you 50 HP below where the tearstone ring activates, you take 85 damage instead.
This means that if someone would hit you for any hit that dealt between 100% and 130% of your HP, you would survive it with the blue tearstone ring.
>50% increase in critical hit rate
worth it in my opinion, i'd just make a tank of some sort.
> 40% increase to evasion however -80 points to defense.
>5,5% atk increase when under 9,9% equip load
>100% of damage leeched as life for 4 seconds when you take a savage hit
>Improves your odds
>Makes you do actions better
>switches place in party when hp drops below 50%
>deals 1 poison damage over 3000 seconds when it's nighttime on backstab if the enemy is below 5% HP and has less than 20 defense
Fuck Diablo and its clones.
>game shows you precise numbers
>they are wrong, but just close enough that you won't know unless you test it
>it doesn't tell you that they are wrong
>effect relies on taking a significant amount of damage in a game where all significant amounts of damage are avoidable
why do developers love to give bad players crutches?
Holy kek, is this a real thing?
>11% to take 50% damage if your resistances are 0
>You can reserve 99% of your health with blood magic auras and benefit from this free 3% bonus damage while relying on force fields to absorb all incoming damage
thats not even the problem
>life leech is applied instantly
what were they thinking
Anyone got that pic of him procing like 10 skills?
>-10% sailor maintainence
but dude... you can't use pot OR regen, sick man.
Wew lad, you know what?
>5% manpower recovery as a national idea
Fuck Eu4.
>Eats -100% less food when stress is 50 or greater
>you start every combat round with Maximum AP
>but Magic and Physical Armour do not protect you from statuses.
that's deep
>you explode when you die
>Luck is just Luck without any further explanation
>+10 to steal and welfare checks with a dark skin enabled
Yea totally that's why everyone always totally used it user.
Lots of game devs - both amateur and professional - are incredibly short-sighted and don't understand or give a fuck about proper game design.
They get an idea for a gimmick, put the gimmick in, then let it end like that.
They only make things work after repeated complaints from actually gud people. Or shit it up more by listening to the badplayers.
A good dev would notice the crutch and turn it into something a good player could use too.
For example, make the item also prevent hitstun, add another item that grants life drain, then add an ability that deals more damage when you're on low hp.
The bad player would have his pseudo-crutch, the good player would go masochism mode and get hit just to hit back harder while not having to dodge weaker hits.
>You can knock yourself out to revive another ally
>Skill can only be gained by a character who is better than the others anyway
+0.02 ducats
>+20 points to tax payments with male sex enabled.
*finds items with immune to stun, knockdown, charmed, stunned and frozen*
my ranger killed Lucian, Dallis AND Braccus with single rain of arrows.
My favorite.
>+9% attack speed
>-5% damage
>you die but you gain more score
>+50% factory conversation speed
does anyone even covert factories?
Sid Meier method or go home.
"When balancing things, double it or halve it. No in-betweens."
and? its entirely possible that 1% additive attack speed gives you more damage than 1% additive global damage
Oh I remember MoP. Reforging all of my shit that had HIT and EXPERTISE over the cap was a pain.
...
>Water walking
>Water breathing
>I am sure to win because my speed is superior
If a different skill has low proc chance but can be raised based off your attack speed than thats viable, do u even into rpgs
>100% crit while under 30% hp
>In a game where at high level you go 100-0 in 1 second
>DEX vs. STR
>5% chance of leeching 10% of opponent's defense

...
I just had a reforger add-on, did that shit for me.
> 30% increased damage while dead
she is cute. who is she?
That pic is missing part of the leg
t. your friendly neigbourhood hepler
>game has achievements saying shit like GET HUEG AS FUUUUARK TO DEAL MORE DAMAGE
>HUEGNESS IS BEST
>actual way to get more damage is stacking procs and tiny hits until it goes full retard
>When making a perfect roll with a two handed weapon there is a chance to cause an AoE which hits surrounding enemies for half damage
>Two handed weapons have a minimum of 4 dice rolls and the likelihood of getting perfect rolls without spending focus is negligible
>Character with this skill is so slow that the ranger and bard have probably already taken out one of the three enemies so even if it did happen to proc it'd be half wasted
>Target prioritization often has you attacking the side enemies first so even if his turn comes before an enemy dies he'd need to finish off the side enemy so even if it did proc it'd be half wasted
What a shitty fucking skill
At least he gets elite door bash but honestly lock picks are so fucking common it's not even funny
had so much fun in oblivion with these
>-10 attraction opinion
Nobody uses it because defense is shit in a game where you can just not get hit, or you could use a ring that lets you block better instead like the chloranthy ring if you're too shit to dodge stuff
who is this cute chick?
>doesn't affect ongoing DOT's you applied to enemy before
>doesn't affect any death rattle/last ditch effort attacks
>10% damage resistance when under 25% HP
>Be at 26%
>Enemy hits you for 27% and you die
>poison status both drop your health and your stats
>+25% spy defense
>Poison can stack
Dumb senaposter
>best weapon is dropped by the final boss of the game
>no ng+ or a way to return to the earlier levels, so there's no way to actually use it
