This game is like fucking MvC:I. My dreams and hopes were crushed before the release

This game is like fucking MvC:I. My dreams and hopes were crushed before the release.

Let's face it - we are not getting good Spidey game. Unless gameplay shown drastically differs from the actual game , that is.

Combat is bad. Even Batman games have better looking combat. Game is slow. It's full of QTEs.

But MVCI is actually fun.

It just looks like dogshit and no one can deny that.

w8, it's out already?

I don't know what you're smoking OP the gameplay demo looked awesome

This, the gameplay is great but it looks like an early PS2 game

MvCI isn't bad, I've even bought it. But right now it's worse than UMvC3. It has potential to be patched but I don't see it coming with so bad sales.

Graphically is is a ps4 game.
Aesthetically it is fucking horrible.
Don't mix up graphics and aesthetics

There's a lot to explore with MVCI right now which is its selling point.

The potential like you said is huge since its going to get loads of support in the future.

>The potential like you said is huge since its going to get loads of support in the future.
You don't know it.

Remember, they've pumped a lot into MvC3 and then forgot about it. Look how quickly SFxT died as well. Right now it looks like it's going to be dead in next few months, no matter what "it'll serve as a platform for amazing game" people are saying.

>no moon swinging
Thats all i wanted and im finally getting it. as long as the qtes are in the main quest then its fine.

MVC3 died due to a copyright situation this is why UMVC3 was pushed so fast the following next year.

MVCI is promoting the MCU universe hell the tournaments are promoting marvel shows and movies during tournaments.

If you told me it's Beenox with third Amazing Spider-man game, I would've believed you.

>its selling point
Its selling point was its Story Mode, what was constantly used to advertise the game in commercials, interviews, and trailers.

The only thing you're doing is glorifying the combo potential in the game, and only because "Holy shit you can change characters whenever you want, this opens up soooo much!!!!!"

>What is the problem with QTEs?
Against bosses, that's critiqued because making that gameplay with the base combat is plausible.

This game has environmental QTEs for set pieces (which is fine) and pulling stuff into action gameplay (which is really neat for a Spidey game).

The web traversal and acrobatics seem decent, at least.

>the gameplay demo looked awesome

>Unless gameplay shown drastically differs from the actual game , that is.
That's if you missed every single Sony studios game from the last decade. Barely interactive cutscene third person trash for people with ADD.

can you kill people?

>Its selling point was its Story Mode, what was constantly used to advertise the game in commercials, interviews, and trailers.

Except its not.

Its just there to sprinkle casuals like you. It tried to do it but failed hard because they wanted to capitalize on casuals like you that only play for the story mode like NRS games.

MVCI is pretty much a NRS game with a great and fun battle system to explore but it has janky animations just like a NRS game.

Tagging changes up neutral/pressure/setups much more than it does combos

nah the textures themselves aren't bad it's just they did a very bad job of picking an art style that would work universally with every character

No, in fact the model pulls in other models if danger is afoot like in the webm

Why does his suit have those skeleton looking arms? Which version of Spidey is this based on, Ultimate?
