The fact that Virtuous/Cruel weapon stories go in pairs.
Small swords tell about the past of 2B and 9S, for 2B it show her throughts about the world and hints at that she has something she loves and she wants to protect it. For 9S it hints at his involvement into M002 coup.
Large swords are about true feelings between 9S and 2B, and they are swapped, his weapon tells about her feelings for him and vice versa.
Fists are talking about route C and another story is about 9S going mad on route C. But because 2B is dead, there's only one entity who can talk about "cold dead wife" and wanting 9S all for herself.

All virtuous and blood oath weapons are supposedly either about the protagonists, or at very least parallel stories with similar points.
One of the characters that fit this story is N2, as she was stalking 9S over the course of the game (she appears several times during route B, in the sides, hard to be seen).

Some of the side materials, such as bunker observation diary confirm that N2 was interested in 9S, but for unknown reasons. If you want to theorycraft, my bed is because of the Atlantis incident, in which a male yorha android gone rogue and nuclear (very likely 9S himself), merged with the machine network and brought chaos into the world.

Also spears are a collection of assorted short stories but they both end with hinting that Nier owned them at some point, one for brother, another for father. It's a really cute way to show that both 2B and 9S are the main leads of the game and actually inseparable from each other.
