I hope so. I managed to pull a tacomeat with my free roll in the new banner and I know I'm not going to use him for anything else so I might as well feed him to Alvis. Assuming Alvis in an armor mage and can pull off CC that is. I'm half expecting him to be a normal mage.

I'm 98% certain he will be a normal mage with a prf tome.

Honestly our only real chances at an armor mage is Reptor and we all know that he's never gonna come. At least not for the next few years.

I'm using a flier team with 3 blues and 1 green and have gotten 10 defenses already. Either I'm getting a lot of surrenders to reset streaks or people like to bring a lot of reds for some reason.

Could've replaced Jaffar with Selena to keep Takumi alone on his color, but no. Jaffar was already on the LaD banner, too.

Except that LaD 3 is the only good thing about the threaten speed banner.

I started playing this 1 week ago since I got a new phone and it's better than I expected. Though I guess I mostly play due to the urge to keep "gambling" to get new characters.

I know pretty much nothing about the game, but I'm grinding out the Tempest Trial, halfway to the 5 star Black Knight, with Ike (axe), Ike (sword), Nephenee and Priscila, all 5 stars - probably not optimal at all, but eh, it works. I also pulled a 5 star Tharja two days ago and am hoping the next banner has at least one character from the first game (Catria would be nice).

Her name in the moon version is something like Serge. It's also pretty weird but if they were going to change her name they could have come up with something better than Cherche.

He'll probably just be a normal mage. I'd be surprised if they dropped two high tier red armors for free at basically the same time. I'm fine with it though, only red mages I've ever pulled are Sophia and Raigh.

I liked the idea of this mode but I don't have 7 Lyn counters.

Just roll for 4 extra dancers so you can have one for each match goy ;^)

Those are all pretty good units except pris if you dont use healers.

If Halloween wasn't coming up I'd drop 200 orbs on the dancer banner to get all 4, I haven't gotten any of the limited time seasonal units and I really want one this time around.

I'd like to see more Archanea characters, but pretty much all of them got shafted hard since a lot of the major players were in the game at launch. Minerva, Michalis, and Linde are like the only "good" ones now.

First Arena match, try to get the highest BST. At around 694~700 is when you see like 50% less Reins/Lyns. When you climb more is where whale territory comes into play until you get to the highest point which is pretty much Armor Memes.

Pretty much what you said. WoM are top tier for Defense win memes, Breaker for player phase. I'm personally a fan of Green Tomebreaker or Swordbreaker.

If Lyn is your ONLY 5*, you might want to reroll, but it's not really necessary unless you fail to get anyone within 98 orbs.

Elincia is good but not broke, you should either roll that Tempest Trials banner for Ike or try and get one of the dancers. I really don't think you need more than maybe two (and you can get an Olivia for free) but I already had two so I didn't go for them at all. Alternatively you could try and get neither and just save for someone else.

Wait for Def Ploy to come back. But for now, Savage Blow isn't a bad option for her.

Poison Strike is fine for her B slot. Guard 3 is helpful. Breaker skills are always welcome (I have a guy on my friendlist who has a +10 Merge with Red Tomebreaker.)
