Anyone else fucking love the extra post-game content? Playing the board game and RPG is way more fun than I expected, I didn't think they would put this much content into the RPG either. The downside is that there are so many cool items but I can't buy them all and I can't find a guide that explains what they are yet. I want to buy the murder weapons for sale, but I don't know what they do yet!

Yes, it's not "the twist" but the execution and journey that matter. Think back to DR2... did the twist really change things that much? Nah, it was important but what mattered was the details, and it's the same here. Sure, they can say "this game is all X THING", but that doesn't actually invalidate it anymore than someone saying "hey, you loved that cake, right? Well, IT'S VEGAN!!!!" If you actually enjoyed it, the surprise won't matter because by time the twist/surprise comes, you're basically done with it.
The ride it worth it for sure, if only for the jokes in the final trial.
