Chinese knockoff games are usually kept only in China. They are the only market who gives a shit about them or really plays them. Often times the source material is not available there either. Companies don't bother wasting resources going after them because copyright is practically non-existent there and the Chinese courts will always side with the Chinese company.

Before copyright was invented, everything was a closely guarded trade secret. Now, when a huge market shows zero respect for copyright, we're going to return to that world where there's just no information on anything before it's out.
