Bought Nioh

>bought Nioh
>day later it gets announced for PC, all DLC included, and added extras

>bought it new but cashier gave it to me unsealed without cellophane/wrapping/ whatever because thats all they had that wasn't preowned

>try to return it within the 28 days
>"you can't it's unsealed" (thought he meant the wrapping)
>"that's how I bought it"
>"no we mean the little sticker we put on the side of the case"

I'm done buying in store, you get treated like the shit virgin trash gaymer that you ar and there are always problems, I tried to get some use out of this PS4 (that I also bought in the same store) it's been a doorstop for 2 years...

I get this game and PCbulls get the definitive ver the day after, just kill me f/am

>not standing up for your rights as a consumer
>not becoming a hothead at the store to get your money back
>implying this story is real in any way and not an excuse to bait more console war shit out
Fuck off dude

It's real, don't know why it's so unbelievable - but there was nothing I could do, their "policy" is that sealed means the little sticker they put onto the side of the case that you gotta peel off to open it

It's so dumb, never gonna by instore again, I'd be able to refund this on amazon right away

nobody cares lol

>No questions asked return within 7 days
Sometimes being Australian isn't so shitty.

I'm so glad I waited. If there was a game I'd buy a PS4 for, it'd be Nioh. Although there's not much else that interests me on that platform and it's hard justifying getting a console for one game, I'm happy my guilt helped my patience hold out for a PC release.

Their "policy" is what they feed you to fuck you over while covering their own asses. Just ask for a manager and make sure you get your refund next time you beta bitch.

that better be a guy

>you'll never fuck a qt tranny like an absolute alpha
why live

Where do they publish their 'policy'?
