It probably would have been casual as hell even without RWBY honestly. The characters from BB, P4A, and UNIEL play so differently that the only way to make them work in the same game would be to dumb down the mechanics immensely which is exactly what they did.

The game's setting is Germany and has a lot of characters that wear Nazi-esque uniforms. Though most of the cast is actually Asian and there aren't any Jews at all. The name just kind of stuck though because of the Nazi designs.
