Why are seedlings so cute?

And why does nobody talk about them?
They are cute!!!

Fuck me I almost missed an Ever Oasis thread.
Was Cyrus in the wrong?

He's the one who abandoned his resistance army which drove them to embrace Chaos, right? That was all kinds of messed up.

The worst is that fucking book store owner who deals only in papyrus.

He deserted the rebel army and his questline revolved around a female seedling named Lute, his friend who tries to convince him to help.
In the end of his questline, he receives word from the high-rift cave. He enters the cave only to find Lute, who in his absence, had survived and won the war. However all the violence had infected her with a heavy chaos infection, and he has to put her down and end her suffering. Her last words are telling him of her victory and a last farewell.
And yeah the bookshop owner sucks, I'm not going to open 50 treasure boxes just to restock your book.

Shame Tethu got nearly no art.

Tethi got less didn't she?

Yep. This game got extremely little art.

oh jeeze

oh, I started this game the other day

Does it become worthwhile to actually equip seedlings properly later on, or can I just keep bringing beast tribes? Am I supposed to care about levelling anyone?

also why do the lizardgirls have such wide hips

They just auto equip the best gear you aren't wearing anyway, as long as they wield that weapon type. Just give them your hand me downs, and remember that you can change Tethi/u's leafblade to something like the bolas or wand if you want. Use spare materials on making extra weapons.

I like the rabbit fellas

There needs to be more delicious brown shota in video games.

Don't be such a fucking girl, fag.

I agree. Too bad there's so little art of him.

And that's my last image.

I was a bit sad that EO didn't really take off. It's the best approximation I've played of the kinds of games Level-5 were doing under Sony in the early-mid '00s.

the game needed more races , i hope they include more in the never ever sequel

How is this game? The demo seemed neat.

Still haven't played this. Is it worth it?

Can you be a loli in Oasis?

>when good games bomb
14k isn't that bad is it? pls
see

Town management/ARPG.
It's good.
yes, try the demo

If you like ARPG stuff akin to zelda and/or management stuff, id say yes. Also the game has a ridiculous amount of charm.

So what would you all want in a sequel to this game?

So how's the game
How does it play
Can I use the D-Pad

A sequel at all would be a miracle. Keeping the basic components of gameplay and art style would be all I ask.

yes

Yes to what

wrong thread sorry

Lizards > nigletts and water.

Just picked this game up the other day, cute as shit

...

It's such a shame this game flopped. I liked it.

The expressions are adorable. I like the one where Seedling characters make a small nod as they hand over an item and Esna bending her head to the side when you finish talking to her

>tfw sequel never
>no more happy water spirits or quest to find others of her race

I love Seed butt

I wouldn't be so sure.

I think it sold around 100k copies which would probably be enough to justify a sequel.

The developers have also proven their worth before in the Zelda 3DS remakes so I'm sure Ninty is up to giving the IP another shot.

>100k
How
I saw it had 14k in japan, less than 50k worldwide, at least from the sales threads on here. I'd be fucking ecstatic if this got a sequel though, Grezzo really stepped it up.

We'd probably get new types of deity-waifus if a sequel happens.

>remakes
They're ports

I forgot they made a Made In Abyss game.

They're not simple ports.

They were built from the ground up and some of the old textures were reused for certain areas of each game.

Majora's Mask has quite a few changes to the gameplay mechanics and OoT looks quite different in the 3DS version compared to the N64 version (also the fact that it plays at 30 fps versus the N64's 10 fps).

vgchartz.com/game/118933/ever-oasis/

Not the most reliable source though.

>built from the ground up
despite having many of the exact same bugs and glitches.
they're ports. deal with it. graphics can be changes, mechanics can be altered, but the underlying code is ported.

Going by VGchartz means Codename STEAM has better sales

>graphics can be changes, mechanics can be altered
By the very definition these are "remade".

If it were a straight up port, they wouldn't have touched anything at all other than making the textures more high-resolution.

See, WWHD and TPHD, which can be considered remasters in their own right.

>vgchartz
bummer

there is a term we call "enhanced port"
it's when a port isn't a straight up port, but improved in various ways. it is fundamentally different from being "built from the ground up"
and example would be all the games in super mario all stars. they're literally ports. the same goes with the n64 zeldas on 3ds. they're ports.

Thankfully, with less suffering
