Soon I'll upgrade this PC of mine and emulate you at 4k. I look forward to it. DeS was the best Souls.
The nexus was the comfiest hub in any souls game
Dare I say any game.
The Maiden in Black is one of my all time favorite songs in vidya
not going to lie I was stupidly happy to see this show up in dark 3
PLEASE HELP ME
does this have less crashes on pc now?
>emulating
just play it on your ps3 senpai
>Demon Souls 2
or
>Bloodborne 2
Pick one.
>world tendency
Bloodborne.
Show me a more retarded game mechanic tgan world tendency since 2009, I dare you.
i have several times, but i want to know if its worth it to wipe all my ps3 saves for that mgo2 revival or not. i cant transfer my saves to a flash drive because sony thought that was a good idea to turn that ability off in an update. anyway ive lost my demons souls data twice before already because the ps3 is a piece of shit. so i would like to have the option to play it on a stable platform without standing up and leaving the room. i dont understand what gets you autismos so pissed about emulation you know you can even use your own disc if you bought the right bluray drive its not a matter of piracy its a matter of convieniance.
>hating on world tendency
I wouldn't mind if they changed the results of world tendency but I loved the idea of changing an area based upon your death
I actually haven't tried it on any newer updates, it used to be terrible.
Honestly though I wouldn't worry too much about your saves in a souls game, for me a new character is what makes the game more interesting
It's a game where it's nearly impossible not to die, and dying irreversibly changes your loot or npc interactions. That's stupid.
i would say so for only dark souls in the series. demons has far too slow a start with grindable health and slow soul gain and levelling. also many items and spells are only available near the end. 2 and 3 suck for replaying since they are so linear and every build conglomerates so there is no reason to replay. bloodborne is similar although with better level progression there are just less stats so you dont need to invest much to be a jack of all trades. dark souls was the good fluke of the series. demons and blood are good for variety though
I will say one of my few problems with demon's is its soul gain. There's too many enemies that don't give you anything
pisses me off that i will have too many responsibilities as a 30 or 40 year old by the time bloodborne is emulatable, if only i was a millenial
If you're not even 30 yet, you are a millennial.
well fuck me then i guess i am that and i still wont get to play bloodborne on the computer without a family kill me now vee
>anticipating a family in the future
If nothing else I admire your optimism.
Was there lore that explained why these fuckers were all scaly.
AYO
>swamp doesnt hinder her in any way
How exactly was i supposed to kill that girl?
Every day i wait for a summoner...
You must help me Sup Forums, release me from this prison!
dont know if id call it "comfy" or even "cozy"
shit was all made out of stone, it looked cold and uncomfortable as fuck
Im huge Demons fag but I'd rather Bloodborne 2
Dark Souls adequately continued demon's souls in most ways (even though I'd love to revisit the setting) but I'd like to revisit bloodbornes setting almost as much and I really wanna see what they'd come up with for trick weapons in a sequel
I had no problems with a Blessed Greataxe build.
>Was super excited to knock people off cliffs like in Demon Souls
>It's a useless gimmick weapon only good for 1 boss fight
Still mad
I haven't played DeS as much as I'd have liked. What are some fun builds/weapons to try out for a playthrough? I did a DBS build and a Str/Fai build.
Still read all the hate messages sometimes from pvping with running firestorm.
For me there's a few consummate Demon's Souls builds
one is sorcery, starting with royalty, just due to how horrifically powerful it is, its definitely worth experiencing at least once also magic was never as fun as it in demons in any other game, best spell effects graphically, best spell variety, just a blast to play
second would be temple knight, level your halberd until you find the mirdan hammer then make it blessed, use second chance+wrath of god
for str the most notable weapon its probably dragon bone smasher as you mentioned
for dex I recommend starting as Wanderer, use the Falchion, grab the white bow or make a spider compound bow, and eventually add large sword of searching to your arsenal and a little into magic so you can cast cursed weapon if you use a catalyst that you cant equip, like talisman of beasts, you get full buff power with no hp drain
one last thing I highly recommend playing around with at least a bit (on anything really) is morion blade offhand+clever rat ring at low life hyper mode, it works on magic, bows, you name it, it lets you take out dragon in 1-4 in like 10 seconds
based on what you said you've played I say go royalty, try out the cool magic, and just kinda revel in the power, for weapon I recommend crescent falchion from 4-1 for meleeing and Kris Blade from 2-1 for increasing spell power though anything made crescent is quite effective as a melee, just pump vit+magic+int you dont need anything else
O one last build thats sorta unique and fun is a Blueblood sword build, it has hidden(?) luck scaling, so you just get stat reqs (its 14 in all if i remember right) then stack luck, thief is a good class to do this on, it works well for a kind of hybrid faith/int buffer style too since you can enchant blueblood sword
The reptilian miners in Stonefang Tunnel were all once dwarves like them.
Just lure her onto the little island out in the swamp. Without the terrain advantage she's easier than Garl.
For dex, you gotta go full in on the Cursed Hiltless strat. Yeah your health will vanish like ice in hell, but your opponent will die even faster than that. It's great.
DeS remake + BB2
