That's visual variety since everyone else has gotten in with Super Saiyan as their base. Bardock isn't a white-skinned, green-eyed blonde with his hair spiked up. Even if he was, his look is very different thanks to the armor, leg warmers, etc. You'd rarely be seeing his face up close so I don't wanna hear his about him looking like Goku because it just doesn't matter. Especially if he's in base form when his son is Super Saiyan (Blue) only.

I dunno. Just get the feeling he's gonna get skipped. The roster seems tight and story orientated so I only see the important big-name characters getting in. He does have a cool style though so we'll see.

Give up, if your wish chars didn't get a base spot as one of the first 20 spots in the last decade for almost every game released they won't get in unless they're dlc or as an assist for another char.

You will get like, one or two characters free for like the first week (maybe, they don't always do it), and then you will have to pay $5~8 for all the rest individually. For this version of the game that is, then you'll have to upgrade to the next one a year and a half or so later for $40.

1)Base:
-hero locks left are Gotenks and U Gohan(already leaked). If the SSBs didn't steal slots then Vegito, Roshi and Bardock fight for the last 1 or 2 slots
-antagonist locks left are Beerus and Kid Buu(already leaked). If 21 is a fighter she takes another slot. So that leaves 3 to 4 slots left for Super antagonists(Hit, Black, Fused Zamasu) and minor Z antagonists(Nappa, Ginyu, Dabura, 19). Out of these Hit, Black, Nappa and Ginyu have the highest chances.

2)DLC
-if Broly, Bardock, Hit and Black didn't get in base they will be the 1st batch along whatever popular Z stuff didn't get in like Vegito.
-Movies: Meta Cooler, Janemba
-GT: SS4 Goku or SS4 Gogeta, Omega
-DB: never ever

He was an antagonist in BoG. And he is most certainly not a hero.

it doesnt, they dont float in the air, they attack and then fly(jump) up to chase. any character is possible if they make a unique animation for it.

If the character first appeared as an antagonist then they are on the villain side, vegeta being the only exception.

They would both be good. I do think Recoome would overlap a bit with 16, both for visuals and gameplay (His most iconic move was a grab) though.

You literally see kid Goku do an aerial rushdown by leaping after him, and when Tambourine tries to fly away, he chases after him using the power pole.

No reason he couldn't do either of these things in DBFZ.

Worst comes to worst, he uses Nimbus.

Most people want Recooome to be a part of Ginyu’s moveset though. Their functions overlap too much, big bodied brawlers who both have mouth blasts.

I know they are both demonic characters with swords but Jameba would be more about space manipulation bullshit with his cube teleports, portals, reality warping jellybeans and his air glass stuff, wheras Dabura would be more an actual sword fighter with demonic fire and stuff

See Any roster missing Kid Goku is a fucking waste. Easily the face of the part of the franchise that started it all, and very unique as a fighter in his own right.

Bardock has Super Saiyan now too. Also in almost every game visually he just looks like Goku with different clothes.

I can't believe there's some people who don't want him in cause he's another Goku. If they can make SSB Goku distinct from SS Goku then Kid Goku would not even be similar at all. You'd have more overlap with Kid Buu and Fat Buu than you would with SS Goku and Kid. Kid has powerpole, nimbus, janken, although I doubt we'll get it a manipulable kamehameha (used against king piccolo), that move he used against Tien where he created after images with his arms, he can attack with his tail and probably bite, and that one punch through King Piccolo given an Oozaru theme like Yamcha's wolf theme.

I don't think Kid Goku will get in until dlc anyway (if he gets in), so no one should REEE about him being in the base roster. Still not a shot at you in particular, but how could some people hate on Kid Goku just for being Goku but want Vegito or Gogeta?
