They're super cheap and iirc there's still a ton of games that haven't been ported/backwards compatible with the newer versions. I think used 360s are cheaper than an OG xbox at this point. Pick up JSRF famalam

I bought a 360E two and a half years ago, for £65 (plus £15 delivery) - it's good. Cheap way to play a ton of games.

But looking back on it, I should have bought a PS3 because that's got free online. You should get the PS3.

That's why I bought a 360E, so it doesn't have the overheating issues.

I bought a used PS3 last year and by far the best games on it are HD PS2 ports.

As long as it works. PS3 has a lot of great exclusives.

PS3 is worth it, if you get a phat it's also ps2 backwards compatible.
