Fight starts, or rather, Reverse Flash decides he's got a murder Boner for Sasuke, Reverse Flash punches him hard enough to turn his head and upper torso(remember kids, force is massXacceleration, and RF can accelerate very fast)into a red mist before Sasuke can even think to activate his so called perfect defense. Unless perfect Susano'o exists outside linear spacetime and can see, oh this guy is going to kill Sasuke in x amount of time, so I'll activate for him at x-1, then there's not much Sasuke can do.
first of all sasuke does NOT have senju dna, thats madara, and only madars reincarnated form. second of all madara's susanoo is shown to be broken several times. so the meme about susanpp being a 'perfect' defense is bullshit, since, by the way, madara's 'perfect defence' susano lost to the first hokages birth of the world jutsu.
third of all sasuke does NOT have kamui you retard, kakashi and obito have kamui.
sasukes eye jutsu is more like a teleport jutsu, kamui sends things to other dimensions, sasukes switches positions of objects in our dimension.
in terms of video game characters that could kill sasuke, the main thing thing would be avoiding sasukes genjutsu, which although not as good as itachis, would allow him to kill almost anything, as you can use mangekyou genjutsu to make the victim attack themselves, as shown with deidara.
i would say giygas would be a good choice. giyagas has no real eyes or body for sasuke to attack, and would feed on sasukes negativity. plus to beat giygas you have to prayer, and sasuke doesnt believe in god, only his kunai (ninja throwing knife)
