Haven't played it but the only thing that let me down is the OST, the rest looks neat.

Luigi with electric powers needs to be canon in main line, such a cool idea and they pass up on it.
Also I haven't tried minion mode yet, is it kinda like FE but with less direct control?

They made the bosses much easier which is unfortunate.

They all attack much slower like Chuckolator for example.

they ramp up in difficulty. or at least the final boss is still as hard as before. its a bit of a shame though that the game doesnt kick your ass as much as it did before

You'll find that the first game was always the easiest one

I really like that they streamlined the fucked out of it and ironed it until gameplay became smoother than Etna's chest
Although since it's so simple now I wish there was more actual content and the Minions don't fill that void. I'm not saying that the inconveniences of the original made it better but now that they're gone the game is totally boiled down to its simple essence.

its almost like they tried to fuck it up modern nintendo style but the base game is just so good that they coudnt turn it into the dumpster fire that paper jam was without changing any core elements. that said bros moves dont feel nearly as satisfying as before which get a huge markdown from me

The dragon on the mountain shot his attacks slower just like Chuckolator did. Cackletta's fight in the hooniversity is easier too.

I pirated it a while back and it's pretty good. It is significantly easier than the original though, which was already easy.
