Some guy on the Steam forums got an email from Lisa, a GOG Support Employee, saying they had no plans on fixing the servers and were working with people to get the dedicated servers files out to the community.

However, when this was posted on the GOG forums, another GOG employee said she didn't know what she was talking about, and that they were still working on fixing the multiplayer AND also working with people to get server files out to everyone.

Last time I played battlefront 2 I had no issues, but I tried starting it up today several times and got BSOD every time. My drivers and everything are updated and I've reinstalled the game. Anyone else having this problem?

Nothing that fixes the shit gameplay is gonna happen between now and release, it sucks worse than the first one even, just admit it.

Anyone play the grand strategy SP Galactic Conquest mode? While the MP is getting fixed I highly recommend giving it a go. It's like you move a fleet around and invade planets where battles start, but if your fleet lands on the same tile as the enemy you get put into a space battle. The enemy plays by the same rules and you have to defend whenever they land on a planet. You have to use credits from battles to buy all the special units, and you can use them for special battle perks like more reinforcements, more health, a hero etc and you win when you own all the planets (Usually 13, but you start only controlling like 3)

I've dumped over 100 hours into it on Steam alone, and probably around a thousand on PS2. It's so easy though, like I'll win the war in 5 or so hours and only. lose one or two battles on the really hard maps (Dagobah and Polis Massa)

Most of my campaigns are as Clones but I'm gonna run a marathon of all four campaigns (Clones, CIS scum, Empire, Rebels)

Honestly, I will never understand anyone that dislikes that mode. Galactic conquest is a great mode to play by yourself or in split-screen and provides alot of additional replayability when you don't have or care for online multiplayer.

The fact that pandemic knew this shows they were really wanted to pack a ton of context into their games.

It works for both, and should be able to play with each other.

I think the new password should be "clankers", if we plan on changing anything at all. Honestly, it's up to our hosts. If we get flooded with normies then we can just quit the server and make a new one.
