The idea behind New Vegas bounties was interesting but all the OC fanfiction shit is just horrible. All he needed to do was expand the NCR bounty board and create a bunch of interersting NPC targets. Nothing beyond that.

Eh, I wouldn't say bounty hunter counts, despite his name literally entitling it. I think if you're listing and hunting your own bounties you're closer to a murderer.
