Why haven't you used hakchi to add more games to your SNES mini yet?

Why haven't you used hakchi to add more games to your SNES mini yet?

Can you add NES roms as well?

Because I can't fucking get one

Yes with the retroarch module (allows other game systems to be emulated).

But I did and managed to fit almost all of the SNES and Genesis games I wanted as well as a few Konami and Capcom arcade games like X-Men arcade and Alien vs. Predator. My NES Classic is a Gameboy, Gamegear, Master System, TurboGrafx-16 machine.

Because I bought a Wii for $20 that does the same thing plus play N64, Gamecube and Wii games.

>Buy official hardware in lieu of emulation
>Emulate on it

Yeah.

I got about 300 games on it. With some space to spare.

I'm good, I have a retropie for that.

Why is the American SNES so fucking ugly?

Your mom is ugly.

I dont have problem with the us snes, but, if i were to have one in my hands, how hard would be for me to trade it for a eu model, specially if im mexican?

because US marketing to kids in the 90s was all about that edge

I'm treating it as my "Cream of the Crop" retro machine. Only the best NES/SNES/GB/MD and PC Engine games are on it.

I love the interface. I love how fast, smooth and convenient it is. The SNES controllers are really good once you re-adapt to them.

Its my machine for beating games on vs my actual MAME machine, which is my mini arcade for playing arcade games and the odd console game for a little bit on.

I've already beat Megaman X, Donkey Kong Country, Turtles in Time and Final Fight 3 on it. Close to beating Super Castlevania IV too.

It runs at very low power, (so could run for hours on a battery pack if needed), very quick to navigate. And ready to go for two players.

Because their fucking impossible to snag.

I just want the nostalgia of using decent quality controllers and playing SMK and DKC with my brother.

Can't fucking get one on account of bullshit scalpers. The funny thing is people aren't buying scalped goods anymore, so fuck 'em in the long run.

Hopefully Nintendo stops with this bullshit and just releases systems en masse.

Does it run GBA games?

And I say this as someone who owns not 1, but 4 Pis.
(Early model B Pi1, Pi2, Pi3, and a Pi Zero)

I know exactly what you can do on a Pi3. I run retropie a lot, I've even modded retropie to jukebox music in the menu.
I even run the odd dreamcast game on it, and it is the guts to my arcade machine right now because I plan to do it up and stick a PC in it afterwards. (Cabinet needs renovating)

I still got a Snes classic because it looks so damn cute and its easy to set up.

One time I took my Pi on holiday with wired xbox 360 controllers and an external powered hub, and I had to eventually just use my GPD XD because all that effort I put into setting it all up on my TV was undone simply because the holiday TV was a different resolution and all the games were rendered oddly.
(I set it all up to work on one specific 1080p monitor and this TV only went to 720p)

At least nintendo said that they will supply more of these thru all this year and 2018.

There will be chances. But still, nintendo should have distributed too EU/JP models for choice in US.

>new version from a day ago

Please god let me disable the shitty epilepsy filter already via hakchi. It's always greyed out and for no real reason.
I wanted to make this my definitive SNES emulator with all of the top-tier games but that epilepsy filter triggers me in the way that it was never intended to.

is this fool proof? i am a retard but ive got a few roms i want to put on there

Yes

Coz i own a PC and a laptop that can do it all far better already.

A cheap Wii is honestly such a nice thing to have, especially the older ones. But if you have a good enough PC then Dolphin is the way to go

I already added games with 2.20.

How do I update to 2.21b (or any new version for that matter)?
Do I just redownload the app and sync the games again?
Or do I need to do something else?
