I am seriously debating which I will soon buy. Which system do you guys recommend?
Vita vs Switch
Switch for Zelda, Mario, Xenoblade, fire emblem, Mario kart, pokemon, Metroid, etc. + TV
I don't know what you like.
Plus TV? Do you mean that you can play on your tv or that it has tv channels?
You can play it on the TV. Netflix is coming soon apparently.
You can put it on a dock and it automatically changes to TV mode, like regular consoles
There's really no point in getting a Vita. I bought it for homebrew about a year ago; I only played Muramasa for about 10h, after that it's been collecting dust.
thnx
If you like weeb games the vita is the best place to be. I have a switch as well but it doesn't really have anything worth playing imo.
Vita is dead. Switch, if it keeps its momentum, will steal all future vita games.
A lot of the better JRPGs on Vita are getting PC ports, and since it's a relatively weak system a toaster computer you could find in any household can run them. Switch is a brand new system with a full life ahead of it, so you're more likely to get more out of the purchase in the long run, imo.
You can buy the Vita right now and get a bunch of games that are mostly for weebs, but the library won't go much farther than that, or you can get a Switch and play the games on it and wait for it's library to really take off.
I'd recommend the Switch right now simply because it's actually going places, then again if you are hard into Weebshit you will probably really like the Vita, but it is only good for Weebshit. That said Weebshit is already on it's way to the Switch, and the Switch can be played on TV right out of the box, but then the Vita is much cheaper than the Switch and has a slightly better battery life, it's also smaller, but the Switch being a console hybrid also offers split screen co-op play with some of it's games, and the Switch's good titles are much better than the Vita's good titles, and Super Mario Odyssey releases in just over 2 weeks. The switch will also be getting comf as fuck 3ds series like Story of Seasons, Animal Crossing, Style Saavy and a few others.
Right now the Vita has been on the market for almost 5 years and already has a library, while the Switch has been on the market for just over 7 months and it's library is currently in development.
Switch is better value
>comes with 32gb out of the box
>easy to get memory via SD cards
>1st party Nitnendo and Western 3rd party doesn't run like complete dudu.
Vita, don't even close.

OP, switch without a doubt, vita is dead
Dude your shilling is so fucking obvious. Plenty games run beautifly on the vita to this day, and it's a fucking 6 year old console.
Vita seems like a better choice atm. CFW can now be permanently installed so that means free vita games, all the ps1 psp games you can quaff, and emulators on a glorious rich oled display.
Also with cfw you can use something called moonbeam which makes it so you can do steam remoteplay. If you tether to your phone that means the best gfx anywhere.
also the memory card issue isn't a think since you can get a $5 adapter off ebay and put any 128 gig card.
Vita's homebrew scene is gaining heavy momentum and already has access to so many things.
Currently access is available for
piracy for all vita games from all regions.
All PSP games
All PS1 games (that worked on PSP, think there's like two that don't)
All English Translations (current and upcoming)
All Vita/PSP DLC
Also perfect ratio for playing GBA but there's no dynamic recompiler so sound isn't perfect yet. I use it as emulation station primarily. The library is primarily weeaboo with few outliers (Good monhun clones in Freedom Wars, Soul Sacrifice, Toukiden, and God Eater[think that's the name]).It also has the collections, like Jak and Daxter, MGSHD collection, Sly, Ratchet & Clank...
Switch's appeal is that it's not a portable console and has much more of a longer life left at this point (way more games are going to be developed for Switch than Vita in the next 3,6 years...)
>suggesting streaming
Kek this Sonyshill, and piratefag at that.
As someone who enjoyed their Vita and recently got a Switch, I'd say the ONLY reason to pick up a Vita would be if you plan on homebrewing it and know for sure you're getting one below 3.60.
Otherwise, I'd just stick with a Switch.
fuck off sony shill
if you have to ask people on the Internet which console to buy you shouldn't be buying a console
