Why did they nuke China with the c-virus in RE6 instead of the J'avo virus? Wouldn't an entire city of mutants be more devastating than just a city filled with zombies again? Civilians going crazy over being turned into mutants would've been much more interesting. I do forget though, were the J'avo being mind-controlled in a way?
