Probably a combination of lack of demand and unique difficulties with how different games were made based on the dev method.

Biggest hits are pretty much 1:1 at this point (Zelda, Mario 64, Srarfox 64, etc; ) but almost all Rare titles are buggy as shit or suffer FPS wise.
