Sup Forums's team was selected 5-10 minutes prior to the event via a stickied thread with rolls. One of our star players was a brazilian with 350 ping.

It was 110% humiliating for Reddit and the developers themselves. They spent money on the Reddit pro-team. They also changed the game based on the Leddit pro-team's suggestions.

It would have still been humiliating if Sup Forums lost but won a single round, let alone winning the whole thing.
