Stay away from Nosferatu on first run, you are going to miss all the social interactions.

nosferatu needs to skulk a lot through sewers cause they butt ugly and trigger masquerades if they show their face to humans, slightly trickier for a first playthrough.

Basic is mandatory to be able to get the game running without it crapping out on you like New Vegas on PS3 on release date. Plus version though is only really worth it after you've played the shit out of the game multiple times because it makes some fairly drastic changes to the meat, some of it not so good in my opinion, so start with Basic then think about going Plus after you've had your fill.

Unzip, run installer, follow instructions. Pick either Basic(Bug fixes, little to no changes) or Plus(Bug fixes, a shitload of changes) then launch the game only using the new shortcut made from the installer. Even if you got the GoG version and want to run basic it's recommended to install the most recent version because UP continues to fix shit in the Basic version.

Open up the zip, look for TRUE_PATCH_MAIN, should be three things in there, drag and drop over your game install folder. Really meant to be run on older Windows machines ie the type of rigs you'd use to play Bloodlines at release, so newer systems might not be able to actually run it.

Vampires can spend Vitae to reactive their organs for a short period of time, allowing them to produce things such as sweat or semen, but they don't ejaculate or sweat blood.
