"Flash Batman" is called Red Death. Hes a Bruce Wayne from a reality where everyone he loved died, blamed himself for being too slow to save them, and so he stole the speed force from Barry Allen. To do so, he fought The Flash using all The Rogues weapons, stunned him, strapped Barry to a modified Batmobile with Cosmic Treadmill parts, and crashed right into the speed force which fused them into one being. Barry is screaming helplessly inside that Bruce's head, and Red Death is kind of a speed force vampire.

This is Murder Machine. In one timeline, Alfred was brutally murdered by all the bat villains, finishing blow from Bane, and Bruce in his grief made a Alfred A.I. with Cyborgs help. He goes viral, kills all the villains, merges with Bruce, and basically goes full Skynet on that Earth as a self replicating nanobot killing machine.
The entire thing is meant to be tongue in cheek stupid. Hell, Bruce's S.O.S to Clark and Diana is the 1966 Batman theme

Red Death and Murder Machine are covered, Devastator is speculated to be about the doomsday virus, Merciless is something about Ares (not out yet either), and Drowning we have no fucking clue. Dawnbreaker is perhaps the most edgy CRAWLING IN MY SKIN out of the bunch

Green Arrow, Superman, Red Hood and the Outlaws, and Green Lantern (the one with Simon Baz and Jessica Cruz) are all quite good. Flash is okay, not really anything amazing. Batman in my opinion is crap, but thats only because Tom King isnt suited for him. Hes still a good writer on other things. Also be sure to check out the Loony Tune crossover issues, trust me, they're gold. And yes you are correct, Marvel has been complete shit for years, and the ship is sinking fast.
