Game is in Open Beta for months already. It was reworked at least three times completely and seems that another rework is on the way.
They still did not fix most basic issues like the coinflip advantage and all rounds/matches playing exactly the same way etc.
Also game is losing interest. It's supposed to be like a release now but it has less viewers than when it was at the fucking beginning of Closed Beta (pic related is Twitch views).
Also instead of making it simple with high skill ceiling they are adding 10 different abilities to each card to make game more flashy but it only makes it more annoying to play.
Also the game director has his own VIP club with the biggest Gwent team currently that is full of amateurs that NEVER had any previous experience in either gaming design or any multiplayer game other than maybe MTG in some cases.
And he hired half of them to CDPR for playing Dota with him.
CDPR is all "who you know > your skill".
