At least you admit it. The only people with a hate boner for Automata are those who never played it. Is it the second coming of Christ? No, but it's a damn good game with likeable characters, a fun gameplay loop that throws enough new mechanics at regular intervals to mix things up, and some really fucking good music. It's really a piece of media that could only exist in video game form. No other medium could do it justice.
