Mid tier - Sayaka
Low tier - Mukuro especially if she is acting as Junko

Twogami and Rantaro would definitely be high especially Rantaro since he'll be subconsciously familiar with class trials thanks to his previous game just like Kyoko still retained her detective skills because she subconsciously is familiar with investigations and other detective stuff.

Sayaka would be about Mahiru/Sonia tier.

Mukuro would probably be higher than Akane or Hiyoko but not too high.

We got to see Sayaka and Junkuro perform in a class trial and they didn't do much especially Junkuro.

They should really do some kind of 10th anniversary DLC extra that contains a special case/chapter for the three main games(DR1,DR2 and V3). The victim for all three chapters is Headmaster Jin cause why not. This means the class trials for each chapter would have all the students from each game in one separate chapter. So would get to see Twogami and Rantaro participate in a class trial and see more from Sayaka and Mukuro.

And Maki was the one who ruined his initial plan.
No one knew she cheated. And in this case she couldn't even determine the victim AND culprit.
If they voted for Kokichi, she would be screwed.
