Not she's not. I want this meme to die. It's the pods who are dumb for not being able to communicate effectively with androids other than the newer, more advanced Yorha units. Which were designed to be able to understand and interact with the pods effectively. They probably share some of their design. Even though they have a very advanced AI too, the pods are mainly designed for tactical support and cyberwarfare, etc, not interacting with human-like AI not part of the current Yorha generation. A2's AI must be comparable to that of the other non-Yorha androids (or perhaps a bit more advanced). Which the pods also couldn't communicate with effectively. Note that A2 didn't know what a pod was because she didn't have one.
