Came in first 4 times in row today with my squad.

We normally run the "hide in a bush like a bitch until endgame" strat, but we really didn't do that for these wins.

hill permitting... you always want the ocean to your back and the high ground at endgame.

My squad place high and win a lot and we never build forts during endgame. It just seems pointless, as the storm will most likely consume it and it gives away your position.

For the first 2 hills spawns, I find it more effective to get to the middle as fast as possible or you get ganked by all the faggots farther away if you wait.

During endgame it is sometimes better to move with the storm wall depending on where you are.

When using an AR, unless you're point blank range, never continuously fire or your accuracy goes to shit.

I'm trying to win a solo game, but Ive been sniped by faggots in the back countless times.

Also never pick fights unless you know you can kill them without taking damage. I find it more beneficial to avoid all combat until there's less than 10 people left. You'll always find good loot dropped by dead faggots during endgame that you can use. Don't go out of your way to try and get loot by killing other players.

If you find grenades, share them

Traps are useful if you camp buildings, but they only work if you combo them with closed doors and bait with blue/purple weapons.

[spoilers] Always destroy stairways to heaven with people on them. It's just too funny to watch the floor break and them falling to their death. It's worth it even if it costs you the game. [/spoiler]

I've been playing pretty aggressively because I figured thats how you get good at shooting; by picking fights.

Do you serpentine? It's really effective because of the massive bullet delay.

I don't find much skill involved with shooting. Every gun is so fucking inaccurate. When using ARs stagger your shots.

this is a big one. Im down with a little damage, but choosing fights is hard. i always want to kill everybody i see. sometimes i stalk them ...irl

I find serpentine only works with ppl the same skill level as me. Most time I get 1 or 2 shots by sniper or scar.

You have your back turned to a scar you're dead. As for sniping, I've never really had a problem with snipers, but I play on console so I don't know if people are better at aiming on PC. There's so much bullet delay though I don't see a mouse helping you much.

Crouch and stay still when taking first shot with AR, 6.5/10 time it will be a hit even from pretty far.

Make forts deep in the circle, let people come to you. Dont pop out until they are close

Don't be ashamed, that's a legit strategy. While the dumbasses are flamboyantly spraying each other with AK's and making a scene, I just sneak around and wait it out

The best place to drop is the big tree on the hill looking over the orange bridge. By dropping there gives you a 90% chance of getting a chest and sometimes there's even two. After opening the chests go for the grey house with the busted up shed that's about 150 yards from the tree if no one went to it. You should have good enough loot to last you til endgame. It's by far the safest strat my squad runs, but it gets boring dropping to the same place every game.

The trailer park is another good place to drop. Based on experience no one ever goes there. It's also near the racetrack and no one ever goes there either.
