Let me guess, Hyde vs Seth and Hyde vs Hilda? Because Hyde's the main character and Seth is the rival and Hilda is the villain. Others I assume are Wagner vs Orie and Mika and Wagner vs Hilda,scythe guy and Chaos because all of them hate her and Orie and Mika work for the same group as her. I assume the church is something like the clock tower and mages association in the type moon works or like the NOL and Senate in the Blazblue and Guilty Gear works

This is the first Vs theme UNIB had even before Hyde vs Seth was put in later versions.

The religious organization specializes in international peace keeping and charity where they make schools, orphanages, etc. The side we see are its specialist side who deal with the supernatural. The leader isn't currently doing anything evil but she's clearly not right in the head.

They routinely put down twisted wants of humans as they progress through their story too.

RWBY characters have a semblance, a unique power they can manifest and ranges from utility to OP. Chances are they couldn't compete in terms of power but in terms of sheer spectacle they can.

Isn't that only in TV world? Besides there are several BB characters who could take a shit and they destroy half or even all of Inaba.

Izanami made an off hand remark that she could destroy the planet with some difficulty in CF. Susano'o packed more power than her and was also immortal because Eye of the Azure gives you immortality like vampires have. Since eye of the azure is observation it pulled all of the susano'o unit and Terumi from the boundary and gave him perma-full strength, with this he could basically spam the existence erasing time killer if he wanted to.

Ain't nothing competing with that, especially since you need anti-observer armaments to deal with that kind of immortality. Not just applying the concept of death to them or whatever.

Hyde's Insulator can erase anything from existence, including immortals. That's why his powers are very sought out even though he's not strong enough to control it.

Besides that technicality, the UNI cast don't seem that high up there in terms of brokenness. I'd tier them a little below RWBY's cast.
