One day I'll get a sony console so I can play this series. For when that day comes, can you tell me the best place to start?
They are all trilogies, so the best would be to start with the first one in any of the trilogies. Rorona+, Ayesha+ or Sophie. Most people say that the arland games are the best, so I'd say start out with Rorona plus. Make sure it's the "plus" version though since it's pretty much a remake of the original.
Is it dead already?
>FRIEND
No male character in the atelier games has a good life.
>favourite game
Ayesha
>favourite non protagonist
sterk
>favourite cg
most of the ones involving totori
>favourite music track
the arranged version of flash frost from op's pic, or MARIA
>do you enjoy the time limit
yes, I wish they'd bring it back, now the games feel too grindy and meaningless, especially when I can take my time
I'm excited for Lydie and Soeur
I wish I could be aswell, but holy shit did they fuck the last two up.
Firis was good baka.
How did they fuck up
By making sophie and firis worse than the previous games in the series.
I don't like how events work in this game. Maybe I just prefer stand JRPGs.
>top 10 anime betrayals
You mean friendship levels?
I want to deito Totori!
As long as you don't get her pregnant it should be fine. Her hips are so smal she would break from giving birth.
>Escha and Logy
>Sterk
>Anything Rorona
>Hard to say, really like many of the
>Yes
Removing the time limit is one thing, but the problem is that without the time limit, progression is such a huge hassle. Progressing the story in Sophie is a tedious slog of doing mundane things until you can progress the story by a small amount so you can further do more mundane things.
Ans then there is Shallie where imminent doom is upon you but time doesn't seem to progress ever. If they want to remove the time limit, they should at least fix the progression as well.
Totori
Cordelia
Don't really have one.
Hagel's theme
I don't mind it.
>eschatology
>wilbell
>shallie on the broom?
>water spirit boss fight from shallie
>yeah
Can't be worse then Shallie.
Vanilla Shallie looks like a masterpiece compared to Sophie and I won't take into account gamebreaking bugs.
Its sad how bad the normalfag infestation has gotten on here to the point where making these threads brings out so much hostility. We need more threads like this
Oh Kaldein released one of those performance mods for Blue Reflection.
That's not atelier related though.
>favorite game in the series
Totori and Meruru.
>favorite character that isn't a protagonist
Mimi
>favorite CG
Pic related. Also the Totomimi ending CG in Totori.
>favorite music track
There's too many god-tier tracks, it's extremely hard to pick a favorite. I fucking love these two though.

I'm okay with or without time limits. You're completely missing the point of these games if you think time limits are that important. I have no idea why some people get so autistic and either need them or can't stand them.
I am too. I think it might be the best one in the Mysterious series.
You mean last one. Sophie was really good, I have no idea how you guys didn't like it. Firis was terrible though.
Yes it is.
The issue I had with Sophie was the lack of a feeling of exploration. Their implementing larger exploration fields meant no more clearing an area and moving on to a new segment. It just felt like dead ends.
Sophie feels like a worse version of atelier meruru. I mean if you like it that's fine, but I'd much rather play the older games in the series.
>Sophie feels like a worse version of atelier meruru
wew
Meruru is the best game in the series. Everything went downhill from there.
