I remember browsing the Xbox One marketplace and seeing some kind of cutesey, kid-friendly Mario 64/Jak and Daxter collectathon platformer clone and for the life of me I can not find it again.

Graphics sort of looked cartoony, maybe like Windwaker. I think you played as a kid, sorta looks like Nes.

I've only played/know about half of those games, but I can say for sure stuff like Lumino city is comfy, and puzzle agent is chill. Strange choice listing toy soldiers on the list though.

Owlboy. It's maybe not the best platformer, but totally falls under childlike atmosphere definition.

Also, HOMM3. Don't know why, it's a freaking turn based strategy game, but OST and visuals really reminds me of childhood days.
