Ginyu has potential to be GOAT if he incorporates the whole ginyu force in his specials and supers. I have no idea why they picked Nappa though. He's the most generic and boring characters in the entirety of dbz. Literally just a dumb buff henchman that exists to show off how strong Goku and Vegeta are in comparison and to kill off the fodder.
