This is unironically the best year in gaming in since the mid 2000s

The absolute state of OP and his autism.

Hit the weights, take a shower and get a clue ya simp

>Hit the weights, take a shower

My brethren, I thought I was the only one with completion autism

just use the backloggery

I also have this autism but am just beginning to make notes, lost most of the year at dota and DCSS (won 40 times).

>marking the dates you finished a game
an abstract kind of autism

He's a bottom barrel retard from /asp/. Ignore him.

I replay a lot of games, so my grand vision is to have this decade spanning list of all the games I've played over the years, and having an actual answer to "my favorite game" cause I'll have replayed it the most

>2045 is closer than 2010

Show us the dates where you blew loads and shekels to female twitch streamers.

I just found that I would start a game, get a few hours in, and then get distracted or move on. I've played more games this year than any other year just cause I like the feeling of growing my list.

2005-2010 was bettter

Is there any point in creating a log of games you have completed?

Completion is pretty intense autism depending

I usually just beat things

Got to be honest, I kinda dig this idea.
What did you constitute as "completion"? Main story or 100%?

>1 week per souls game

You barely scratched the surface, that doesn't even count as completion

I'm engaged, I blow loads in real women.

Yes, it was, but it's been a refreshing year of actually decent games

It just means I saw the credits roll. Some games I 100%, like cuphead, but most of these I just beat.

See
I'll replay them all in like 3-4 years and 100% them then. I also spent 40 hours on DS1, 40 on DS2, and 32 on DS3, which feels decent to me.

Not OP, but completion is just main story for me. I usually try to do everything I possibly can before I beat a game anyway, so it's usually in the 70-80% range

Am OP, this. Like persona games, I did probably 75% of the social links, I did all the sidequests, but I like saving some content cause I know I'll come back through 4-5 years from now, and it's nice to have some new content for those second playthroughs.

I have a very bad habit of spending way too much time on Sup Forums instead of playing video games. I feel like should quit Sup Forums soon specifically so that I can clear my backlog, which has literally hundreds of games in it.

>mm/dd/yy
Hahahahahaha

I'm telling you, having a list really helps. It makes you feel accountable to yourself cause weeks will go by without adding anything and you'll realize how much time you waste on low energy fun like Sup Forums and youtube and shit instead doing things you actually have fun doing.

Yes, I'm American.

Autism. I do it myself, feels good and right.

I have a bad memory, so having a list of stuff might help with that as well.

I think you may be autistic.

>best year of gaming in the last 17 years
>Witcher 3 was released in 2015

Oh shit, I didn't know anyone else did this.

Since 2009, I realized that I was buying more games than beating, so I decided I was going to beat 2 games a month, at minimum. Here's my 2017 so far.

My system's likely a little different, as I consider 100%ing a game to be 'beating' it as well. So you see some things show up on the list twice.

Best year of gaming in this decade

>2010
>2011
>2013
>2015

Meh
>2012
>2016

Shit
>2014
>2017

Not OP again, but for a game to get on my list, I have to have seen credits roll. I count anything I 100% as beaten again, so technically I could 'beat' a game twice.

This didn't start as a way to cheat my made up system, but rather as a way of 'beating' multiplayer games (see: TF2).
