Paladins actually has a good competitive filter by locking out people who doesn't have 12 characters at level 4.
From what I can tell getting up to level 4 will give you a decent amount of time to git gud with a character.
Unlike Overwatch where you only have to level up to 25 which is fast as shit since exp to level up starts at 10k from level 1 IIRC and only increases by 1k starting from level 11 maxing out at 22k at level 22.
Every game you win in Overwatch is 2.5k-3k exp without first win of the day and other bonuses.

The AI challenge modes are not the Survival mode user, Survival was the one life elimination gamemode

3 frontlines has actuallyt been used in pro matches a few times, and flanks are super strong now, but yeah with randoms it's probably just them being stubborn. I usually just use the match to practice whatever character IU feel like practicing, or someone I like but never get to play (like snipers). I basically just stop giving a shit about actually trying and go for enjoyment, usually works out and sometimes we even win.

The game can be played against bots.
If you willingly enter a PvP game and try your hardest to be as bad as possible at it there's something wrong with you.

I'm in diamond and have never had a shitty 3 tank/flank match. The worst I find in ranked is someone under-performing or on rare occasion a BR ignoring the team's draft suggestions.

And in casual, I didn't say I don';t try to win, just that I don't give a shit about team comp when I already see others locked themselves into a bad draft, and I won't waste my time giving myself hypertension because someone didn't do well in Casual mode.

Just like overwatch with non gorilla grodd, justice, john marston, grey fox, etc.

I like that you can carry harder as a DPS in Paladins since there are items that allow you to counter healer and tank cunts but It's still annoying that they've grown stronger over time. If you play a healer or a tank you're a pussy that can't aim, plain and simple.

ATM it's way better than Overwatch but if they continue to make tanks and healers stronger or nerf cauterize the game will be shit.
