Unless you're counting spin off titles (party, sports etc), the only copy paste games are the "new super mario bros" games after the first one. Maybe you could also make an argument for 3D world and galaxy 2. All of those games are from the last half a decade though.
SMB 1, 2, 3, SMW, Yoshis Island, Sm64, Sunshine, Galaxy, 3D Land, and by the looks of it, Odyssey, are all distinct from each other in terms of gameplay and level design.
If your complaint is literally just that the story is the same every time, then video games might not be the right medium for you.
