You can just talk your way through this game, or use means other than guns to complete it. More guns doesn't matter if it doesn't fit your character or playstyle

Sure I'll bite, GRA was a collection of primarily extremely powerful weapons that required a large amount of ingame money to even purchase, let alone maintain/supply in the case of the projectile weapons. Honestly the story DLC was worse in the regard of throwing hugely powerful shit your way, and Courier's Stash outright handed you a bunch of gear that trivialized the opening hours of the game.

GRA didn't launch with the game. It wasn't pre order dlc, plus FNV is a huge fucking game with great DLC.

How Courier's Stash should've been done desu. The starter packs are good for roleplaying.

You don't need a mod to do that. I can even do it on my PS3.

I can forgive the HUD looking like a placeholder but god damn I hate the new Pip-Boy layout, outside of the local map being less than worthless 3/NV's was perfect.

JSawyer's does it for one, the Vault 13 stuff is placed in the Crashed Highwayman near Novac. Can't remember the details of the others outside of one of them being placed in that radioactive shack near the LR start point.

At work right now and I doubt the thread will be alive when I get home, but I just started an Alternate Start run where I'm the sole survivor of a Legion raid on my caravan. Set it to have barely a cap to my name, dropped as much as I could from my inventory other than the generic settler armor, brass knuckles, and a burning hate for the Legion. I'm currently using a few bank robbery mods to pump up my caps so that I can enter New Vegas, rob the casinos there (with some more robbery mods), then use my caps to fund a one-woman war against the Legion.
It's pretty fun. I can two-shot most mooks but I melt in like a second when out in the open, so I have to actually think about where to put myself.

I went HH->OWB->DM->LR first time, but nowadays I switch DM and OWB. HH is just 2ez compared to the rest, I can do that shit at like level five.
I'm interested in doing a run where I do LR first and then go around the West and keep stumbling into the messes he's made, but I doubt that there's very much, if any, content for that.
