grinding will get you no where in dark souls. You are lucky they didn't do what they did with 2 and make enemies stop spawning. You just don't earn enough souls. Just look up strategies and if you are so desperate as to lose your honor try to summon someone

That's a terrible place to farm to begin but what I always do is slap on a silver serpent ring, shield of want and mimic head and go to one of the intrerior bonfires in Dragon Peak that I forget the precise name of. There's summoner in the next room that spawns infinite drakeblood knights and if you fuck up and die the bonfire is 10 feet away

Just don't let it go to your head, if you died you did something wrong. You can try again and again, there will come a time it will be much easier.

Also, I doubt grinding works on a game where most bosses can hit you twice and you will be dead.

It does work, actually. Every level increases your general defenses and if you have decent HP you'd be surprised how many hits you can tank. I killed nameless on my first try just because I was very tanky.

Grand archives roof, right before twin princes, you'll have 3 fat winged knights, cast report silver serpant ring +3, shield of want, mimic head, and medicants staff. Cast rapport of 1 of the first two that drop down and theyll battle to the death, rapport the last two and finish them off 130k every time.

Be a summon fit boss fights. Its the midst fun way to grind souls without having to worry about losing them if you die.
