SRPG and Japanese ARPG friends welcome as well.

Dang that guy is handsome
sandals and socks are so fucking sexy
thats the Alice Soft game which is drawn by the senran guy, right?
I assume it plays the same as the old Rance games (like VI or I-IV)?
I don't play jrpgs because they are fucking garbage
>Pass along promotional vidya T-Shirts to my mom since I don't enjoy wearing them
>tfw she showed up to a family lunch with a fuckinng Ni-Oh shirt
Oh mom.
Art reminds me of Senran Kagura. Same artist?
It plays more like standard JRPG, with world map and dungeons. You have to actually walk around between towns and other locations of interest, rather than selecting them from menu like with Rance games.
Yeah. It's not the first eroge he has done art for, but he didn't use his Senran-style for earlier ones.
I want to play FF3 because it's one of the few in the series that I've yet to play. Just not sure whether to go for the PSP or NES version.
Currently replaying Folklore for the first time since back when it was fairly new. Bit of a rough diamond, but it really did deserve better.
Currently looking forward to Xenoblade 2 (Though dunno if I'll get a Switch for it on release. Will probably wait and see what's happening with SMT5) and The Lost Child. Also wasn't 13 Sentinels revealed to be an SRPG? Add that to the pile as well, I suppose.
I'm playing energy breaker and it's really good
>Currently playing
DS3 and XV
>Looking forward to
DQ11 and KH3 (if it counts as JRPG)
Currently playing Lost Dimension. Only a few missions in but it's pretty fun. The abilities are all different and interesting, and I get a kick out of it that the telepath girls' "classes" of skills include "Rewrite"/"Mind Crush".
Sure, you don't like using your power, because you're a fucking mind controller, not a telepath.
What's he reaching for?
Testing. I wanna get into Chrono, Secret of Mana or Super Mario RPG
I like your mom, can i make love to her?
I have Trails in the Sky, Final Fantasy XII: The new HD version and Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse, all under works.
I love jrpgs, but I'm bad at sticking to and finishing even short games, so I have bad habit of leaving jrpgs hanging for ages.
If this guy was thinner /fa/ would worship him
Every time I see it, I'm perturbed by how terrible that shirt is. Why is there a second face half printed on the sleeve?
Probably gonna replay Persona 5 soon. Again.
Looking forward to the next SMT and still waiting for a damn release date for Romancing SaGa 3 Vita in English.
I don't understand the meme that socks with sandals is worse than sandels without socks. Other than foot fetishists, no one wants to see someone else's feet.
I don't wear sandels at all because they're shit tier shoes with or without sock. Just saying.
I remember being pretty surprised by the character designer being Nightow, ended up being a fairly good, if not a bit slow TRPG.
>still waiting for a damn release date for Romancing SaGa 3 Vita in English.
They're probably going to announce the date in the next few months, this is a full remake unlike the Romancing SaGa 2 remaster which used the old mobile port as base and slapped some new assets, content and bugfixes, Kawazu already said that it was going to take a lot more time and that we should have patience.
played xenoblade chronicles for 25 and hated the guts out of it, so I left it
played ff10 start to finish and hated every little moment of it
played p5, easily the best persona game, and yet I can't help but feel a little bit disappointed for some reason
after strange journey nothing gets me off anymore
shadowhearts 2
I had some new motivation to finish Skies of Arcadia after installing the new Wii U hack that lets you play Gamecube games on the pad, I'm at the part where Drachmar ditches you in that desert city
>dying 3 minutes in game
Fucking Phantasy Star
>start Rune Factory 4
>awful English dub
>no dual audio
Also what should I name my farm?
I'm currently playing Valkyria Chronicles II. Playing with the idea of starting Tales of Xillia 2 as well, since I'm faster at finishing home console games for some reason.
I don't keep up properly with future releases since I never buy games day one anyway, but I'm looking forward to 13 Sentinels, Octopath Traveler, and Xenoblade Chronicles II.
damn Johan really did let himself go
While waiting for strange journey redux, i'm playing kyuuyaku megami tensei rn. Damn it was boring as fuck.
...
Trying to finish Strange Journey but not sure what party to use, any tips?
Not sure whether to play EOIV or DQVII next (both played a bit but more progress in DQVII).
>any tips?
Depends on your alignment and which ending you're aiming for.
Neutral, I'm level 84 right Mem Aleph (posted in smtg but was ignored).
Persona 5 right now. i never really liked JRPGs but i get addicted to the Persona games.
There's really nothing more you should do, just remember to equip the Gibo Eyes app and have a go at her, remember that Mem Aleph can return all mosters of a randomly chosen alignment, so if you don't have a team of hard hitters with stuff like Jihad it's best to have demons of mixed alignments, demon Coop doesn't really hit for all that much at that point in the game anyway so you can easily ignore it.
With that level you should have no issues, as longs as you make any decent team of your level.
Blue Reflection
I'm not that far in but so far it's really quiet and serene as shit which I can really appreciate.
That game has a real ethereal atmosphere going on. I hope it can keep it up and not go wild and loud anime on me.
and playing a bit of Parasite Eve on the side because it's the season.
Any particular chaos/law demons I should use?
Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth
10 hours in, pretty damn good game so far.
Any of the high tier demons of all alignments are worth using, like Thor, Shiva and whoever else, just make sure you fuse them with good sources and try to give them powerful attacks, if you have a magic focused demon and give it Jihad Mem Aleph just crumbles away, you can even make a high level Pixie with Jihad and slap her shit.
I am currently playing SMT IV Apocalypse and I'm really enjoying it, I'm just after unsealing the ark.
Should I kill my friends?
>Should I kill my friends?
Would you trust Char?
Why? I've tried them and they're pretty average both in gameplay and story.
Yes, they're all anoying little shit who will turn against you the moment you stop doing what they want.
Also you get a sex slave out of it.
With my life.
Then go kill your fucking friends already boyo.
Playing Etrian Odyssey V, looking forward to the other Atlus JRPGs coming to 3DS
Depends. I went with the bonds route and whilst it ended it on a really light note, but without going into spoilers it really made that last boss fight cool as fuck.
...
Just do whatever you feel like. I was really annoyed by how hypocritical Dagda was so I never wanted to go along with his plans.
>Hur friendship THAT god
>Cool as fuck
How was he hypocritical ?
>without going into spoilers
You know the part where the original Samurai squad comes back. That cool as fuck. Also fuck off Dagda.
Meh, I dislike those moments it just make death feels cheap.
Fighting the final boss with not-jesus and your slave is better
He keeps making big speeches about how important freedom is, how the other gods are taking that away from humanity while at the same time treating Nanashi as a puppet and even taking control over his body when he doesn't want to do what Dagda says.
He just want to be the rain, user. Also now that he has someone with potential he isn't going to let him go. He do good on his promise once you win.
The friends struck me as more hypocritical, given how they were pretending you were a team or they were useful when you're the one doing all the heavy lifting and they're mostly useless.
