It's true, they want to make their games good but fail at it more often than not. They managed to turn around R6 Siege though. Pretty much last minute.
As for For Honor, they are past the last minute. They need a miracle but they are still trying. """"progamers"""" that met them in the community workshop say that really want to make the game good and successful but they are just struggling too much and have fuckall of an idea how to balance the game.
Also FH is a pretty original concept for a game, so they can't even steal balance ideas from other games because there literally are no other games like FH.

EA are Jewish as fuck but Origin's custom support is superb.

EA/Ubi's customer service was always fine, it was Valve that was god awful for many years.

I think Warner bros. are on par with EA because they're the ones who made season passes popular and turned rewarding players who buy new copies into punishing them through online passes. They also copy paste their games often and started shit with those cat woman missions being locked in Arkham city and now they went a step further with shadow of war's lootbox shit. Not to mention how cancerous they are with Netherealm

EA by miles. They actively pursue new ways to abuse people with addictive personalities, Ubisoft just follows what they do, and even then it still isn't as extreme when Ubi does it.

We're talking about customer service though, EA gave refunds before valve and at least fucking responded to e-mails.

Ubisoft is like activision. They releases overpriced, unpolished, generic trash- but they know their fanbase and only keep releasing what will sell.

EA is like this but infinitely more malevolent. The bounty hunt successful studios, reign them in with promises and contracts, and then the dark times start. If the studio doesnt blow it out of the water, EA licks its lips and prepares for assimilation. They take over production, assets, and the ips. They run industry veterans out of their founded studios, rebrand the studio "usually something EA" and then try to milk the ip. Once it fails, they layoff the rest, assimilate the assets for other projects, and (worst of all) keep an iron grip on the ips. It took twenty years for Lord British to get back his ultima rights after decades of ultima being completely irrelevant to the gaming hivemind.

They are literally a company that I think have metaphorically murdered for profit. Not even a big profit too, mind you.

But in the end, nothing will stop them. Another thirty years of studios will be left in the landfill. Their PR is too good and the average gamer will defend anything, no matter what questionable moral foundations it was placed on.

There are a lot is super pissed normies with battlefront 2. We can only hope they keep shitting on normies until they can't take it anymore either.
