If the switch is such a flop, then why are people so desperate to emulate it?

if the switch is such a flop, then why are people so desperate to emulate it?

>want emulation = success
Nintendo kiddies are something else

Because it's a good idea.

That's exactly what it means, yes.

>that horrible 3D printed case

Why not gut an actual Switch? Or at the very least use the real Joycons.

>any retro game you can imagine
figures these game journalists have never heard of the saturn

>a switch that can't play switch games
How can Nintendo even compete?

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, user.

>a switch that can't play switch games
So it's the exact same experience as the Switch!

...

I dont know about the newer pis but a raspberry pi will have trouble running emulators properly.

>a whooping number of 4 (four) wii ports and an unrealised game
damn

What's with all these redditors using a raspberry pi to make some shitty emulation machine that has poor accuracy? Just buy a fucking midrange PC and emulate shit up to PS2.

The majority of the worthwhile "Switch" games are Wii U games ported over.
I fell for Nintendos bullshit before with the Wii U, it ain't happening again until they put actual effort into making a decent library this time.

I want a system that has a library of more than just 12 games worth playing.

>Microsoft bringing the Intellimouse back
Much more interesting than the OP topic.

1 port
A simultaneous release with the Wii U
A sequel
A new IP
A game that releases in 5 days
try again

You mean the Switch copying the PSTV or the Nvidia Shield?

I too use GAF

Gaffing tape is useful stuff.

""""""""""new"""""""""

This. Literally every system except for Xbox is being emulated

this

every
single
time

uh oh... the fighting games both have over the shoulder camera angles, that must mean they're the same!

as someone who owns both, yes they are very similar

What's this supposed to mean. I'm just stating the fact that desire for emulation doesn't equal success.
