Try staying in shrink mode the whole time and just backing off when the eggs get close. Don't bother parrying if you can't hit it consistently, as he doesn't take too much damage to kill. The tiny plane makes you faster so you should be able to easily dodge the eggs in that mode

I usually don't use the invincibility super because it's pitiful compared to the horizontal beam EX since it has both damage and invincibility frames, but using it in this battle does make sense.

Stay in the middle and just wiggle out of your petrified state.

It's relatively easy and you are probably just making things harder for yourself tryint to dodge it
