It's not exactly "yourself" but in Psi-Ops you can mind control enemies and make them shoot themselves while under your control.

There are few games I can remember playing where your head swells up and then explodes when you pick restart/kill yourself for the intonation of restarting the level or as for GTA if you are stuck in a stop and can't get out/glitched.

You can take a suicide pill in Metal Gear Solid 3 at any time, there is a revival pill but he still dies if you wait too long before taking it

DayZ Standalone has some pretty gnarly suicide animations, especially in first person. Like if you dome yourself, the screen goes black when you fire. Third person, you can see yourself slump over, but I think it's funnier/darker in first person, especially if you use like, an axe, or a knife.
