I drop it all the time in training mode, like 80%. I'm shocked I was able to do it on my first try.

In Seth's case, trying new blockstrings. I always end up resetting to neutral after the fastfall kick is blocked and I learned I can cancel that into more movement. They can hardly be called blockstring practice if the hits actually land.

Thanks to our merk, I have a rough idea what to expect against a merk so run-shield is imperative against that goddamn grab arm and fireball. Relative to Gord though, I still jump too much against him.

Punishing Merk for me comes after he whiffs a grab arm or if he tries to backdash away and you catch him for it. Then you've got the whole "shield at the last bit" business during his supers and all that. His overhead can also be poked out like others.

When is it safe to hit Vatista out of a blockstring? I assumed it was after the laser but I got caught both times I tried it.

I know for sure that her EX laser is safe, but I think she's safe after her normal lasers too. Usually, just don't try shit against her if a crystal is near her. She's unsafe on the rest of her specials on block I believe
